THE PERSON BEHIND DISHMEETUP
Hello,
I’m Lily.
Learning experience designer.
Culinary therapy advocate.
Always curious about what cooking reveals.

MY STORY
Making room for
more than a meal.
I’m Lily Ciric Hoffmann, a learning experience designer and culinary therapy advocate exploring how intentional cooking can support mental health, overall well-being, self-awareness, and creativity.
During the pandemic, I founded Dishmeetup, an inclusive cooking community. It was a space to connect through cooking and explore the ways the kitchen could nurture us through a difficult time.
Since then, I’ve written extensively about the therapeutic value of cooking, joined podcasts to talk about culinary therapy, and been featured in Food Design Voices, Vol. 2 (2023/24).
I also support i-fooddesign Academy as an ongoing strategic advisor, regularly consulting on ways to optimize its course offerings. My work brings learning design and food together through curiosity, reflection, and intentional practice.
